What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file which is placed on the user’s terminal (web browser, computer, mobile device, etc.) by the server of the website visited or by a third-party server in order to remember information about you, such as your language preferences or login information. There are two types of cookies:
- session cookies, which disappear as soon as you leave the site;
- permanent cookies, which remain on your device until their lifespan expires, or until they are manually deleted.
Cookies are not spyware or viruses, and do not identify you personally. The browser with which you visit a website allows you to accept or refuse cookies (see below).
We use cookies of two types:

- third-party cookies that are cookies from a different domain than that of the website you are visiting. Third-party cookies are used by third-party organizations that provide us with different services. For example, we use the services of outside analysts who use cookies on our behalf to identify which pages are visited the most and which are visited the least. The site you visit may also include content from third-party sites, such as LinkedIn or Facebook, which may use their own cookies.
